After a long day at work, not everyone of us has the time to cook. I certainly don’t always have the will. That’s why this week I took a large pot, threw in some cauliflower rice, and pre-made greens mix (mushrooms, kale and broccoli) with some coconut oil to cook. In another pan, I cooked a couple chicken breasts, and heated meatballs. Add in a premade spice packet of Nasi Goreng that I had grabbed at Albert Heijn and dinner and lunch for the next day and a half were in business. No recipe needed. Minimal effort with surprisingly very delicious results.
